It’s our Holiday episode! We tell stories, we have a new episode of Dylon and Blue and our main topic is the Min Min Lights.
The Min Min lights are an unusual light phenomenon, named after a settlement of the same name in the Australian outback where they were observed in 1918. They are described as glowing football-shaped orbs that can grow in size, get brighter or dimmer, change colors, can multiply, and they appear to follow or approach travelers. Legend says that anyone who chases the lights and catches them, will never return.
Stories about the lights can be found in Aboriginal myths, where they believed they were the spirits of their ancestors who are unable to rest because they felt the injustice of their murders. The Aborigines feared the lights, and believed they could take someone’s life.
Join us for some Holiday cheer, laughter and a bit of chaos.
